#NAME? error

Issue

Opening an FSM workbook, the cells show '#NAME?' and 'ExcelFSM.ExcelAddinModule1.' appears in front of the FSM formulas






Answer

ExcelFSM might not be properly installed.
Looking at Excel > File > Options > Add-Ins, 'ExcelFSM' and 'ExcelFSM.ExcelAddinModule1' should appear in the 'Active Application Add-ins' section



If not, then try this:

1- Reboot your computer
2- Do another install of the program but when the next screen come up chose the REPAIR option not the Install option.
